I started in research, studying how people think and how the brain handles language, and modeling both. Now I build production data and AI systems covering pricing, forecasting, language models, and reporting. They have to hold up across hundreds of locations, and in front of the people who run them.
Research taught me to test more than one explanation and measure what's real. Production taught me that an answer nobody uses is worth nothing. I bring both to every project.
